Data and purpose
The form collects your name, email address and message, along with any optional information you choose to provide about your event. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage the client relationship. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, where applicable, performance of the contract.
Transmission and recipients
The form is sent to Formspree, the technical service provider responsible for routing enquiries, and then to Fred PIERRAT EI. Your data is not sold. Formspree may process data outside the European Union; its terms and applicable safeguards are set out in its privacy policy.
Retention
Information is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and manage the relationship, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. You may request the deletion of information that is no longer needed.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by writing to the email or postal address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
Cookies and external services
The background video is loaded from the Midjourney CDN. Playback connects to this external service, which receives the technical information needed to deliver the video, including your IP address. Playback can be paused; automatic loading is disabled when your device requests reduced motion.
This version of the website contains no advertising or audience analytics tools. Instagram links only open the external service when you choose to follow them; no Instagram posts are loaded automatically.
